Productive Biodiversity & Pollination Group

Our Productive Biodiversity & Pollination Group studies how diverse insects contribute to crucial ecosystem services in horticultural and arable crop systems. Key areas of focus include crop pollination, the management of beneficial insect biodiversity, beekeeping, honey bee health, crop pest suppression, and insect biology and behaviour.

Our researchers are based at three sites – Ruakura, Lincoln and Brisbane.
